Venus enters Aries

Venus entered the fire sign of Aries today, the sign ruled by her lover Mars. In Aries, Venus is said to be in her Fall – as Mars, the aggressive ruler of Aries, is the opposite of Venus-ruled, gentle Libra.
As with all polarities, (180 degrees apart, an opposition) they are in compatible signs, Fire and Air in this instance, and while the manner in which both signs go after what they want might appear disparate – it’s not – for in the end, both desire the same thing. And for Aries and Libra that is fairness, justice, peace and equality.
As Venus transits Aries, we will all feel the dreamy, intuition, fantasy and exalted love of Venus in Pisces burn away, as Venus in Aries ignites.
Here, Venus loves a challenge. She is often the pursuer, making her intentions known, if not up front, then all too shortly. She does not mess around. The Libran diplomacy of Venus takes a backseat to the blunt, assertiveness of Aries. She is not rude, just impatient.
Once the dust and fire of a love pursuit settles, Venus Aries needs to watch growing restless. She needs someone who will engage, yet give her space, and whose views and/or energies challenge her. Aries rules the head; therefore, the physical will only go so far with Venus Aries.
Where Venus in Pisces might have found it difficult to take a stand, Venus in Aries will have little trouble. In fact, she will fight for the underdog, and those whom she loves with a searing fearlessness.
While yes, Venus in Aries may be a challenging placement for Venus, I think it does Venus good to be direct and decisive, in lieu of swinging those scales in indecision - Aries Venus can be a breath of fresh air.
Seldom dull, spunky, full of fire and a love of adventure, I am excited for Venus in Aries – let’s make some memories, love life and those in it, unabashedly.
